Take responsibility for making necessary adjustments to satisfy the customer while complying with Target's policies and procedures • De-escalation of negative situations and adherence to Target policies and procedures can help make a guest’s shopping experience more positive • Provide a smooth and simple service to guests picking up orders or registering for events • Hang up jackets or other outerwear on available hangers to prevent them from creating distractions or taking up valuable workspace • Ensure that the store remains fully stocked and that you are on hand to help guests during regular business hours • Creating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance is not only good for business but is also important for the well-being of employees and the broader community • Protect yourself and your teammates by recognizing and resolving safety hazards; abide by all safety guidelines and regulations; work safely at all times • Take responsibility for delivering exceptional guest services through order pick-up and drive-up, while adhering to compliance laws relevant to adult beverages at all times. Strong relationships with vendors will be a significant aspect of the job, and you will be expected to encourage on-time shipment and delivery to stores.
