Growth Marketing and Operations Manager (ecommerce/fashion)

We're looking for a Growth Operations Manager to become the operational leader behind our marketing efforts -someone who loves building systems, coordinating people, measuring performance, and helping creative work translate into sustainable business growth. You'll work directly with the founder to develop quarterly growth strategies, manage our SEO program, coordinate with outside marketing partners, and build systems for measuring success. Experience helping ecommerce, fashion, lifestyle, or editorial brands grow through SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and data-driven decision making is preferred.
