Summary The Greeter/Host at the Boston boutique provides a warm welcome to clients, manages the entrance, and supports the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Warmly greet every visitor entering and leaving the boutique and determine the nature of their visitDirect clients to appropriate merchandise or team members and communicate arrivals to selling, operations, and asset protectionMaintain and update the daily appointment calendar, indicating arrivals, no-shows, reschedules, and cancellationsSupport phone appointment requests, enter schedules, assign requests, and resolve appointment conflictsManage the outdoor queue when the boutique is at capacity and proactively update waiting clientsProvide hospitality services such as umbrella storage, beverage service, and escorting clients to the door or car with purchasesModel the company vision of extraordinary service and handle difficult situations with composurePerform other duties as assigned by the supervisorRequirements
