The Part Time Key Holder assists the management team in motivating hand inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals. • Work as part of the management team to achieve the store’s sales plans through consistent sales motivation, staff training, and customer service. • Develop a selling culture in the store. • Works as part of the management team to train, supervise, and develop all store associates in customer service, clientele, company history, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations. • Work with management team to ensure that sales associates are developing and maintaining long-term clients through the effective use of customer service.
