To be successful in this role you will have: Graphic design experience including textile or yardage print design Huge plus if you have apparel graphic design experience A deep appreciation of the surf industry Ability to create and implement brand right / consumer relevant prints, art, and graphics Ability to identify key marketplace trends and opportunities that are consistent with brand values and design aesthetic Knowledge of product development process / calendar / timelines Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Familiarity with PLM would be beneficial Hybrid position.
