2-3 years experience Predominantly ecommerce and on brand decks Experience with editorial, social media, retouching Core Responsibilities: Ability to understand and work within an established design style guide to create consistent, on-brand visuals. Give and receive feedback to improve final deliverables across the Marketing team. Deliver a notable volume of production work, with the opportunity to work on more conceptual projects over time. Support Human Resources and Marketing Manager on diverse creative deliverables for communications, meetings and events. Produce a high volume of design assets, which may include the following: Social media graphics Printed and digital promotional materials Email and other web-based graphics to support product launches, primary campaigns, and key initiatives Corporate support materials Brand pitch decks Qualifications & Competencies: A digital portfolio exemplifying strong design work and a solid understanding of design principles in digital outlets.
