GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Company: Well Known Clean Beauty Brand Location: Los Angeles Job OverviewAs the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing graphic design elements for various digital and print campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertisements. You should be agile, flexible, and collaborative when partnering with cross-functional team members to elevate brand equity, engage consumers and support business objectives.Responsibilitie Manage all visual elements and develop cohesive designs aligned with the brand’s guidelines and company’s overall objectives Remain informed of emerging industry trends and best practices, evaluate analytical data, and provide strategic recommendations Support in conceptualizing campaign and social initiative visuals, as needed Collaborate with various cross-functional team members, including the Marketing Director and Senior Graphic Designer to develop designs and achieve objectives Support Digital and Packaging Art Directors on project basis Ideate, innovate and design supporting assets for global campaigns, with a focus on cohesive digital/e-commerce campaigns across desktop and mobile, including site banners, landing pages, emails, social media and paid media Support in conceptualizing campaign and social initiative visuals, as needed Partner closely with Project Manager in terms of meeting goals and deadlines Identify gaps in current assets and offer recommendations for new content ideas Requirements BFA / BA in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art or related field (preferably in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising or a related field) Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in a related field – e-commerce, experiential design and/or retail Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Proven graphic design experience The ability to embrace constructive feedback and maintain a positive attitude Must have extensive knowledge of the beauty industry and competitive trends Self-motivated, efficient, and capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams JBCStyle is the leading full-service search firm owning the niche industry of fashion recruitment.
