We are a successful children's clothing company seeking a skilled Spec and Grading Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating accurate and detailed technical specifications (specs) and grading patterns to ensure consistency in sizing and fit across all styles. The Spec and Grading Specialist will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all garments meet our high standards for quality and fit. Responsibilities: Create accurate and detailed specs for all styles, including measurements, materials, and construction details Develop grading rules to ensure consistent sizing across all styles and sizes Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all styles are translated into accurate specs and grading Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot any fit issues and make necessary adjustments Ensure that all technical specifications and grading rules are up-to-date and accurate Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in spec and grading for  clothing. ( preferably children's) Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and sizing Excellent communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously If you have the skills and experience we're looking for and are passionate about children's fashion, we'd love to hear from you!
