Goldsmith Apprentice - Bench Jeweler - Jewelry Sales We are seeking a goldsmith apprentice to become an integral part of our team. Applicant must have their own transportation and be able to work in the Walnut Creek, Lafayette area. This is a part time position to start and will become a full time position. Responsibilities: -Welcome and identify customer needs -Detailed intake of jewelry for repair and custom work -Process customer orders -Merchandising and shop upkeep -Follow up with customers and vendors -Jewelry repair knowledge and skills Qualifications: -3+ years experience in retail, sales, and customer service -Ability to excel in a fast paced work environment and meet deadlines -Ability to build rapport with customers and work as part of a team -Interest in esthetics, jewelry and fashion -Advertising, social media and computer skills a plus. -Jewelry fabrication and repair skills & a willingness to learn.
