The role of a General Merchandise Expert can provide you with the: • Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store • Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement • Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals • Support guest services such as back-up cashier, and digital fulfillment processes (such as picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders to guests) and maintain compliance culture while executing those duties, such as federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
