As a Global Sourcing Assistant you will support the Sourcing Manager and/or Associate Sourcing Manager to execute the Lands’ End Global Sourcing strategy. You will communicate and follow up with vendors, mills and business partners on a daily basis. You will monitor and track Product to Market calendar milestones and all Sample, 3D, Color/Cad and Trim development. Primary custom order workflow management for sourcing tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills.
