Description Additional time will be spent coordinating with the NY-based Haddad Merchandising team as well as other Portland-based Haddad employees. Partnering with Global Kids Merchandising Director to ensure efficient engagement model across Jordan WHQ team and Haddad team: global apparel and footwear merchandising, global marketing, and geo merchandising (geo and direct). Include Jordan and Haddad stakeholders to build plans that support key brand stories, franchise and classification excellence, essentials, newness, and innovation Bring an increased focus to hind-sighting by partnering cross-functionally with Jordan & Haddad key stakeholders to gather consumer and marketplace insights, seasonal capacity at the style and color level, line planning, creation of best practices Create connections across Jordan and Haddad merchandising to account for: assortment construct (style count, collections, etc. ), lifecycle management, Adults/Bigs/Littles integration and Littles-Specific opportunities Partner with Jordan Product Merchandising and Marketing to drive Line Plan and Brand Architecture connectivity Collaborate with merchandising stakeholders including M/W Apparel Geo Merchandising and Jordan Kids FW Global Merchandising Build Jordan apparel connectivity and feedback moments across global and geo merchandising teams Translate geo insights into actionable assortment opportunities Adapt to an evolving marketplace strategy with a focus on Jordan Direct in order to shape future season plans Foster strong, integrated partnerships with multiple teams Represent Haddad business and operational nuances to global cross-functional teams Key Partners: Jordan and Haddad Product Merchandising and Marketing Jordan Kids FW, Men’s AP and Women’s AP Global Product Merchandising Jordan and Haddad Global Design Jordan Apparel Geo Merchandising
