You will lead a team of creatives to concept and creatively execute against all brand elevation moments to bring life to our events, brand campaigns, special collections, and athletes. Leading a team of passionate creatives who are aligned with Billabong Women’s values provides amazing opportunities for collaboration and sets the stage for activations that strike our consumers at their core. To be successful in this role you will have: Proven experience in leading a global marketing team Demonstrated experience and success in campaign development and execution Demonstrated marketing leadership experience in the print and digital spaces Demonstrated experience to plan and execute a range of marketing activities including, advertising, point of sale, events and promotions Extensive knowledge of consumer behavior in the retail environment Previous experience managing external creative relationships (i.e., third party agencies and contractors) The ability to build and manage business relationships (both internally and externally) A deep understanding and passion for surf/skate/art subcultures An authentic connection to Billabong Women’s that will translate to deep connections with our consumers Hybrid position.
