Design Your Future at PVHGlobal Marketing Coordinator - CALVIN KLEINPOSITION SUMMARY:The Global Marketing Coordinator is part of the Global Marketing team, working on Calvin Klein Underwear, Swimwear, and Performance. This role will require a highly organized, collaborative thinker who is deadline driven and results oriented. The focus will be on supporting the Global Marketing Manager in execution of overall marketing, advertising and promotional projects for the Calvin Klein businesses with an emphasis on global packaging development and seasonal campaign execution and amplification. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented thinker with a strategic mindset to drive day to day and overall business objectives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:Assist with the execution of overall marketing, advertising and promotional projects for the Calvin Klein businesses (with a focus on Calvin Klein Underwear, Swimwear, and Performance) including but not limited to: seasonal initiatives, packaging development, in-store collateral execution.Act as key day-to-day marketing point-of-contact for global/regional marketing teams and merchandising/product design/sales teamsAssist Global Marketing Manager in delivering marketing programs and assets for all regions.Develop and manage briefs to the creative/production teams for projects (including but not limited to: POS, packaging, seasonal campaigns) to support marketing and packaging needs on an ongoing basisCoordinate seasonal packaging development and day-to-day packaging projects in partnership with creative, production, packaging sourcing, merchandising and design from concept and packaging shoots to release of mechanicalsProof marketing assets and packaging mechanicals with detail for releaseOversee sample coordination inclusive of seasonal sample tracking, sample orders, and facilitating requests for photo shoots on an ongoing basisResearch competitive landscape on an ongoing basis to provide insight and analysis of current trends and opportunities within the market.Maintain yearly budget tracking documents and invoicing processes from end to end.Update weekly status reports and maintain project tracking documents and release schedules to ensure key milestones are maintained.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:1 – 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within a brand organization, agency, or CPG brandUnderstanding of, and ability to communicate the Calvin Klein brand aestheticPackaging experience preferred        Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/communications/advertising preferredSkills:   Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, collaborativePassion for the industry and brandExtraordinary attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint requiredStrong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlinesTime management skills and ability to prioritize projects as necessaryAbility to work collaboratively or independently, and able to take initiative when appropriate and understand when to ask questions for clarification and next stepsMust be proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgencyPVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
