## Job description Responsibilities: Community Management + Social Media Content \- Plan and schedule social media and communication campaigns and strategies \- Manage communications and engagement across social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook \- Manage Sprinklr content management system, partnering with the Consumer Care Center \- Organize and manage digital content to boost brand awareness \- Assist with content development, including photoshoots and video production \- Assist with copywriting and social media toolkit releases to country teams Influencers and Advocacy \- Refine global influencer marketing and advocacy engagement strategy, under advice of department head \- Identify and manage social KPI's for Influencer campaigns and track through execution with detailed recaps \- Manage social listening requests from Marketing and DMI team to give insight on launches and potential new product trends \- Further develop and deploy global PR strategies and guidelinesStrategy & Analytics \- Create and manage global dashboard, reporting regularly on local market metrics \- Ensure strategy, content creation and community management are constantly reviewed based on findingsIdeal Candidate Should Have: \- Knowledgeable in skincare, with a passion for science \- Experience in copywriting, and developing concepts and briefs for web designers, photographers and videographers \- Understanding of website functionalities and managing project/content management systems \- Independent and collaborative worker, able to deliver within tight timelines \- Good sense of initiative and strong in follow-up skills Job Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree \- 1-3 years' experience \- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook \- Experience across social media platforms and content management systems include Sprinklr, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, international (WeChat, etc.) We do not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, medical condition or disability, or any other legally protected status.If you require a reasonable accommodation to complete an application for a recognized disability under applicable law, please email USApplicationAccommodation@support.lorealusa.com.
