Associate will be based out of a home store but can expect to travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area • OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area. • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
