How we feel changes how we do our jobs. • Provide excellent customer service according to S&B standards on the selling floor, in the fitting room, and at the cash wrap • Actively work with garments, including receiving, ticketing, stocking, and merchandising, per S&B guidelines • Ring sales on the register, receive and process cash and credit payment, issue receipts and pack merchandise for our customers • Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting cash, processing charge slips, coupons, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits • Additional specific skills are required for individual positions. Physical demands: This job is primarily sedentary work, must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 90% of the time, occasionally move about the office, manual dexterity to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, constant close visual acuity to view a computer screen, auditory acuity to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, constant communication to exchange accurate information, must be able to work in stressful situations.
