The General Manager owns all aspects of the in-store presentation, selling and operation functions of the store, and must appropriately delegate divisions of responsibility within the store and follow up on all areas of the business consistently. The GM is responsible and accountable for providing a rewarding associate experience and consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. · Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.
