We are also in the process of hiring a newly created Assistant GM for this location who will partner with the GM, and other leadership, to develop the team and to create a strong culture of growth and learning. This is a leadership position that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active role in the management of our supply chain network. \- A minimum of 10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience in Fulfillment or similar environment. \- Prior experience in implementing and leading/sponsoring Lean initiatives as part of continuous improvements \- Strong belief and experience in data-driven decision making \- Proven ability to build effective teams and lead through influence and collaboration \- Ability to develop reliable, cost effective systems and procedures \- Demonstrated success at identifying, developing and retaining quality talent \- Ability to relocate for future growth mobility to other Supply Chain locations \- Bilingual, Spanish language skill preferred
