We are currently seeking a Garment Technician Customs Manager with experience in the manufacturing industry with a data-driven approach and a keen eye for detail to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas. Facilitate staff to ensure successful delivery of timeline deadlines Support continued expansion by evaluating current procedures, workflow and staffing levels to ensure appropriate processing and completion of all areas of accountability for the team Ensure the technical team are supported and trained on updates and procedures Monitor projections for Customs workload, ensuring staffing meets the fluctuations in volume Monitor the levels of Customs returns globally and ensure that all returns are completed timely and accurately Foster and maintain good communication with the AUS Product Operations team Communicate daily with offshore factories, other Product Operations teams, and our Customer Service team Provide reporting to the leadership team regarding the status of timelines, project priorities and measurable outcomes Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal business hours due to the company operating internationally What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and always strives to be best in class.
