About the Job We are currently seeking a Garment Technician Coordinator to join our growing team in Lenexa, Kansas within the Product Operations Department. Liaising with our Design Development and Sampling Departments as well as international factories, the successful applicant will have a strong technical understanding of garment construction and patternmaking, a good eye for detail, outstanding written and verbal communication skills and display a proactive approach to an effective process and timeline management. Contributing technical knowledge to assist in process improvements and efficiencies, supporting other members of the Product Operations team as required and providing support to the management of the department in areas of expertise. Assist with overall departmental responsibilities for collection launch.
