Vintage clothing boutique is seeking an upbeat, motivated and stylish sales associate for a full-time or part-time position. Applicant should be a reliable, organized multi-tasker, and have a creative eye for aesthetics and merchandising. Our ideal candidate should have an extensive knowledge of vintage and modern fashion and/or previous experience working as a clothing exchange buyer. Applicant must be able to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: • Providing excellent customer service and assistance to customers with their purchases • Maintaining store standards in regards to merchandise presentation, cleanliness and organization • Operating the cash register and accurately performing all cash and credit cards transactions according to company policy and procedure • Adhering to company loss prevention procedures and guidelines Skills: • Excellent customer service and selling skills • Results driven and strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment • Works well as a member of a retail store team • Demonstrates initiative and strong follow up skills • Multitasking and ability to prioritize frequently changing task list • Must be available to work weekends and holidays Education and Work Experience: • 1 - 2 years of experience in retail sales preferred • Previous fashion experience and knowledge of vintage and current fashion trends preferred
