Travel on-site to clients as... needed Summary Overview: These team members are responsible for the implementation of our BlueCherry application & are considered application specialists to our organization and clients alike. Primary Responsibilities: • Conduct business process review meetings with clients to understand requirements for design, sourcing, logistics, sales, inventory, customer service, finance, and related areas • Implementation projects using standard methodology & industry best practices • Document our clients’ current processes and define to-be processes • Configure a customer driven solution to meet our clients’ business objectives • Lead our clients in identifying business challenges and develop solution requirements • Assist in the data conversion process, data validation, and integration between systems • Proactively report to project manager and project team on project progress and issues • Provide training to client staff on system functional features and capabilities • Document training material as needed • Work with contracts, third-party vendors, and other divisions collaboratively • Provide leadership and assistance on assigned implementation projects across the organization
