Full Time Store Manger

You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You're proficient with analyzing reports and communications to support payroll compliance, execute operations and create the Oasis for your customers. • In partnership with the Store Manager, you support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive. • You have at least 1 year of retail management experience • You have a flexible and reliable schedule Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
