Increase efficiency through process support to positively affect business outcomes Completes daily administrative tasks to support the HR processes such as; new hire documentation, onsite drug tests, on-boarding, absence management, promotions, transfers and terminations Contributes to knowledge sharing within the HR Shared Services Center by providing feedback for process and technology improvements Support internal and external partners through timely transaction execution Processes new hire documentation and onsite drug tests Set up and maintain personnel files and other relevant HR records Provides researched resolutions by connecting knowledge and experience to improve consistency and efficiency Completes HR related transactions utilizing various internal avenues according to established processes Accurate recording of HR activity in ServiceNow Enter payroll/schedule data and process payroll exceptions Ensure accurate data is entered into timekeeping and scheduling systems Process termination and final pay to meet state requirements Executes compliance programs and ensures accurate documentation Tracks Safety, Ethics and other compliance training completion Set up, maintain and audit personnel files and other relevant HR records Accurate filing of personnel documents Updates Workday with all status changes Performs job duties with a high degree of accuracy Prior experience in Human Resources, Payroll or other Administrative field
