Role Description The Full Time Sales Lead at Palmetto Moon in Chattanooga, TN is an on-site role responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the store leadership team. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, resolve issues, and support a positive store experience.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including product knowledge, upselling, and goal-oriented selling in a retail environment.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to help coach team members, support onboarding, and assist in guiding daily sales activities.Proven experience in retail management or customer-facing roles, preferably in apparel, lifestyle, or specialty stores.Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
