Qualifications • Customer service and effective communication skills • Sales experience, preferably in retail or fashion • Knowledge of men's fashion, including sportswear, business, and formal attire • Ability to provide styling advice and personalized service • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends • Previous experience in a tailoring environment is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or related fields is beneficial
