Sales Associate for Women’s Store

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in conducting product demos and technical sales is preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Strong understanding of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations
- Previous experience in electronics sales is desirable
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
