Duties

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts and maintaining high standards of interaction, quality and presentation.
Lead, motivate, and supervise staff members, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to build a cohesive team.
Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize food and beverage stock levels.
Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Coordinate shift schedules, manage customer complaints effectively, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests
Available on weekends

Pay: $16.00 - $31.34 per hour
