Full Time Manager GARAGE Natick

Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.Manage payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions.Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize product availability.Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers, ensuring a welcoming environment through phone etiquette and personalized service.Monitor store performance metrics, manage budgets, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities.Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and employee orientation.Demonstrated ability in interviewing, recruiting, training & development, and team management.Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases.Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, merchandising, and retail math is essential.Knowledge of budgeting, cash handling procedures, marketing strategies, and retail math calculations.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Strong leadership qualities with experience in shift management and retail sales supervision.Exceptional communication skills coupled with phone etiquette and customer service expertise.Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail or grocery stores is preferred.
