The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 600 stores in the US. Our Flagship store location in Nashville, TN is hiring! We want a hard working, personable, goal-oriented Full-time Keyholder. You will be responsible for bringing our mission to life; 'making people's day better, sell clothes, and have fun!'

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and drive revenueMonitor sell-through on the sales floor and replenish inventory as neededMaintain a clean store and merchandise product to The Normal Brand standardsEducate and train team members on product knowledgeSupport the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on key initiativesPromote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and staffFoster a team culture grounded in respectful, positive communicationUnderstanding of daily opening and closing proceduresMaintain inventory integrity at all timesAdapt quickly to new systems, processes, and directives
