Role Description Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise store operations and staff when necessary • Proficiency in sales and customer service, including building rapport with customers and contributing to sales targets • Ability to manage inventory, execute operational tasks, and support store standards • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with team members and customers • Previous retail and keyholder experience is preferred • A passion for fashion and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
