In this role, you will support the Store Manager in achieving key business objectives, boosting sales performance, recruiting top talent, and fostering development within your team. What You'll Do

Assist the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and achieving financial goals. While sales are important, creating an incredible customer experience is equally essential.Recruit, train, and retain a collaborative team of passionate associates who can work together to achieve store success.Act as the store's biggest advocate by promoting new products, engaging customers through social media, and leveraging services like BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store) and curbside pickup.Lead by example in maintaining operational standards, effectively delegating responsibilities, and fostering a customer-first atmosphere.Monitor store operations, including shrink/loss prevention, payroll management, and scheduling for associates.Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners to keep track of trends and gather customer feedback.Utilize sales data to formulate effective strategies aimed at exceeding sales targets.Enhance the store's visual appeal through strategic merchandising that resonates with customers, while ensuring timely promotion launches.Partner with the Store Manager to develop a loyal, high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding service.What You'll Need

1-2 years of experience in retail store management.A proven track record of leading successful teams in a dynamic environment.Strong skills in communication, recruiting, operations (including payroll, reporting, and scheduling), and team development.A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus!A flexible approach to challenges; retail can be unpredictable, and you thrive in fast-paced situations.The ability to navigate the store floor, merchandise products effectively, and handle merchandise that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
