We are excited to find a Full-Time Assistant Store Leader to join our mission-driven, pop culture-inspired team. You will support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, including sales targets and team recruitment and development. If you're a confident leader who can navigate any challenge while driving sales and fostering lasting relationships with customers, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Assist your Store Manager in reaching the sales plan and achieving comp sales goals.Help in recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate and team-oriented staff to run the store successfully.Be the store's number one advocate! Create excitement and engage customers through product promotions, social media, and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.Provide strong leadership by balancing operational efficiency with customer-first selling practices.Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and employee schedules effectively.Communicate collaboratively with retail leadership and HQ partners regarding trends and customer feedback.Analyze sales reports and utilize data to develop strategies for meeting sales targets.Merchandise the store compellingly, leveraging planograms, and ensure timely launches for all promotions.In partnership with your Store Manager, develop a loyal and high-performing team of associates focused on customer satisfaction.What You'll Need

A minimum of 1-2 years of retail management experience. If you love philanthropy and pop culture, this is the perfect fit!Proven success in leading teams and an eagerness to achieve even more. You bring essential skills: communication, recruiting, operations management, and team development.Skills akin to a superhero: excellent communication, time management, professionalism, operations know-how, and a passion for nurturing your team.You must be at least 18 years of age to join our community.A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a degree is a plus.Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
