Assist your Store Manager in reaching the sales plan and achieving comp sales goals.Help in recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate and team-oriented staff to run the store successfully.Be the store's number one advocate! You bring essential skills: communication, recruiting, operations management, and team development.Skills akin to a superhero: excellent communication, time management, professionalism, operations know-how, and a passion for nurturing your team.You must be at least 18 years of age to join our community.A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a degree is a plus.Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
