We are excited to find a Full-Time Assistant Store Leader who will embody our civic-minded and pop culture-driven ethos. In this role, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve our sales goals, build a dynamic team, and create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

What You'll Do

Assist the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and driving performance.Help recruit, train, and nurture an enthusiastic team that shares our passion.Act as the ultimate ambassador for the store, generating excitement and customer engagement through product promotions and social media interaction.Provide operational leadership to ensure the store runs smoothly; balance customer service with effective day-to-day operations.Monitor inventory and prevent loss while managing payroll and associate schedules.Engage with retail leadership and corporate partners to share customer feedback and market trends.Analyze sales reports and utilize data to inform your strategies for reaching sales objectives.Showcase merchandise compellingly and timely, ensuring all promotions are executed as planned.In partnership with the Store Manager, build a loyal team that is focused on exceptional customer service.What You'll Need

A minimum of 1-2 years of retail management experience, especially if you're passionate about philanthropy and pop culture.Proven leadership skills with a track record of guiding teams to success, alongside strong abilities in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.Exceptional skills in areas like communication, time management, and professionalism that position you as a strong leader.You must be at least 18 years old to join our mission.A high school diploma or GED equivalent; a college degree is a plus.The ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment and embrace challenges.Physical capability to navigate the store, manage merchandise, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
