In this position, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the store meets company objectives and achieves KPI goals.Lead operations to maintain a sound business by adhering to company policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll management, reporting, and scheduling.Assist in recruiting, developing, and training top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.Set the standard for The Torrid Connection, ensuring the team delivers a shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty and positive connections.Work with the Store Manager to implement merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages customer shopping.Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.What You'll Need:
