Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a retail management role preferred - Strong knowledge of sales techniques and retail math - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team - Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems - Familiarity with budgeting, payroll, and inventory management processes - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Expected hours: 40 per week
