Responsibilities Customer Experience• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience• Handles customer situations in compliance... with policy and procedures, attempts to "solve for yes" and escalates issues as appropriate• Maintains a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience• Shares feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience• Performs as the floor supervisor role as needed to cover non-peak periods (breaks etc.) Priority Setting / Decision Making• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet all operational needs• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience• Supports and executes visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company• Drives efficiency in all operational store processes• Maintains merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom• Maintains a clean and well organized stockroom and store, promoting a safe work ing and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience• Ensures all store associates follow all policies, procedures and all Safety Program practices
