Skills • 2 years of management experience with a focus on retail sales and team supervision required • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams • Proficient in inventory management, payroll processing, and cash handling • Skilled in customer service excellence, and conflict resolution • Experience with POS systems, merchandising, and retail math principles • Demonstrated leadership in training & development, shift management, and organizational skills
