As Store Support Lead you will efficiently and effectively support the store leadership team and associates in the administrative and operational functions of the store. Support and effectively resolve store associate and administrative needs through timely execution of store payroll, scheduling, cash office, and supply orders in partnership with the store leadership team Execute operational tasks and shortage reduction programs accurately as assigned, adhering to Kohl’s best practices Complete assigned cross-training as needed and regularly work in various departments/areas of the store as scheduled (e.g., salesfloor, point of sale, operations, etc.) Limited travel to support new store openings
