About Wicked Misfit

Wicked Misfit is a fast-growing alternative fashion brand specializing in edgy, gothic, Y2K, spooky, and statement accessories. We sell through Shopify, TikTok Shop, wholesale, and live shopping, so our backend operations move fast.

We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and hands on to help keep our orders, inventory, returns, and warehouse running smoothly.

This is not just a packing job. This role is for someone who can stay organized, catch mistakes, communicate clearly, and help keep a growing e-commerce business moving.

The Role

We are hiring a Fulfillment & Warehouse Coordinator to handle daily e-commerce fulfillment, inventory movement, returns, shipping labels, and warehouse organization.

A successful person in this role is accurate, consistent, and takes pride in leaving the space better than they found it. You should be comfortable working independently, following & creating systems, and asking questions early when something does not look right.

This is a hands on role where the day is complete when the core responsibilities are finished, orders are handled, issues are communicated, and the workspace is reset for the next business day.

What You’ll Do

Order Fulfillment

Pick, pack, and ship Shopify, TikTok Shop, and wholesale orders accurately
Create shipping labels using platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shippo, ShipStation, DHL, or similar tools
Check orders for holds, address issues, cancellations, stock problems, or special notes
Make sure orders ship on time and are accurate and packed neatly
Follow wholesale packing requirements such as carton counts, packing slips, labeling, and retailer instructions

Inventory & Receiving

Receive inbound inventory and deliveries
Check items against packing lists or inventory records
Put away inventory in the correct locations
Refill pick bins and move back-stock forward
Help with cycle counts and inventory checks
Report missing items, damaged goods, low stock, or discrepancies quickly

Returns & Customer Support

Process returns, exchanges, and replacements
Respond to basic order related customer service messages
Flag recurring issues such as wrong items, damaged items, delays, or confusing product details
Help make sure customer issues are handled quickly and clearly

Warehouse Upkeep

Keep packing stations stocked and organized
Break down boxes, remove trash, and keep aisles clear
Keep inventory areas clean, labeled, and easy to work from
Track packing supplies and notify the team before supplies run low
Help improve simple workflows so the warehouse runs faster and more accurately

What Success Looks Like

You will be successful in this role if:

Orders are shipped accurately and on time
Inventory counts are reliable
Returns and exchanges are processed quickly
Mistakes are caught early instead of becoming bigger issues
The warehouse stays clean, stocked, and organized
You communicate clearly when something needs attention
You take ownership of your work without needing constant reminders

Required Experience

Please apply only if you have at least two of the following:

1+ year of fulfillment, warehouse, e-commerce operations, logistics, retail stockroom, or shipping experience
Hands on experience creating shipping labels, orders, and returns.
Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, ShipStation, Shippo, Amazon, Faire, wholesale orders, or similar platforms
Experience picking, packing, receiving, counting inventory, or handling returns

You Should Be

Very detail-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Comfortable using spreadsheets, order systems, shipping tools, and inventory tools
Clear in written communication
Able to follow systems and improve them when needed
Comfortable with repetitive tasks while still staying accurate

This Role Is Probably Not a Fit If

You are mainly interested in the fashion or brand side but do not enjoy warehouse work
You do not like repetitive fulfillment tasks
You need constant reminders to complete tasks
You are uncomfortable with shipping systems, inventory, or computer based work
You avoid speaking up when something looks wrong
You are not comfortable helping with cleaning, trash, boxes, and warehouse upkeep

Bonus Points

Experience with TikTok Shop fulfillment
Experience with Shopify fulfillment
Wholesale or boutique retail fulfillment experience
Experience with inventory counts or cycle counts
Interest in alternative, gothic, Y2K, spooky, or edgy fashion culture
Experience working in a small business or fast-growing brand
