Known as Detail Gurus, your role will involve checking for incoming orders, picking products from store inventory, and processing customer orders for shipment, in-store pick-up, or curbside pick-up. You will be expected to act and lead through our core values, develop proficiency in all company systems for point of sale and order creation, and provide an efficient process to turnaround customer orders timely. Fulfillment hours are funded based on the units the stores fulfill, and a productivity standard of 5 minutes per unit must be maintained. You will also be responsible for pulling and packaging in-store pick-up orders and assisting the store's Inventory Specialist with tasks related to shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery. When order fulfillment is high, this will be the majority of your role; when it is low, you will help complete shipment, replenishment, or recovery tasks to support the Styling Team.
