Era is a womenswear lifestyle & fashion brand.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time role based in Austin Texas (South Lamar) for a Fulfillment & Customer Service & Social Media role at a fashion brand.The role involves but not limited to:managing daily operations such as processing and packing ordersassisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issuesmaintaining accurate records of inventorysteaming garments, lifting boxes (no more than 45 lbs)posting for social mediaresponding to customer inquiries from social mediaWe are looking for someone who is interested in women's fashion and has some experience in customer service. This role may evolve into a full time position.
