Role Description

This is a part time or fulltime role based in Austin Texas (South Lamar) for a Fulfillment & Customer Service & Social Media role at a fashion brand.

The role involves but not limited to:

managing daily operations such as processing and packing ordersassisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issuesmaintaining accurate records of inventoryhandling returnssteaming garments, lifting boxes (no more than 45 lbs)responding to customer inquiries from social media

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and interested in women's fashion and has some experience in customer service.

Must be able to work in the US and can work at least 3 days a week / we are flexible with hours.
