Success is defined by meeting clothing production goals in both quantity and quality through Christ-centered personal demonstration and leadership of the thrift store team. Ensure all store employees and volunteers' behavior is in accordance with the philosophy and policies of Miracle Hill Ministries. Ensure inside and outside areas of the store are neat, clean, organized and free from any hazards. Perform any of the required job duties of the thrift store team; other duties assigned by store manager.
