Qualifications:

A friendly, approachable personality with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.Basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions and balancing a drawer.The physical stamina to stand and move throughout the store for the duration of a shift.Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.A strong sense of integrity and the ability to handle confidential customer information and company assets responsibly.Reliability and a flexible mindset to assist in different store areas as customer traffic changes.Benefits:

Act as the primary point of contact for the Front of Store Crew, greeting every customer with a smile and a helpful attitude.Process sales transactions quickly and accurately while following all company procedures for cash, credit cards, and returns.Maintain the visual appeal of the front-end and sales floor by dusting, sweeping, and organizing merchandise displays.Prioritize store safety by keeping walkways clear, reporting hazards, and following all secure shopping protocols.Assist customers with questions about products or store layout, ensuring they find what they need efficiently.Support the stocking team by moving new merchandise to the floor and ensuring items are sized and recovered according to company standards.Collaborate with store leadership to handle customer concerns or complex requests with professionalism.
