Front End Store Lead

Duties include supervising the Front End Team, maintaining accurate cash management and verification of tills, and aiding other departments as needed. Supervision, delegation of tasks, and development of the Front End Team and custodian staff in the absence of store management. Provide and maintain a professional work environment for the growth and development of the department. Advanced knowledge of main functions of the Front End Department. Ability to support the successful flow of the department and act as back up when necessary.
