Supervision, delegation of tasks, and development of the Front End Team and custodian staff in the absence of store management. Support store management with all departmental functions as needed. Performs duties and responsibilities of Front End Checker as needed. Provide and maintain a professional work environment for the growth and development of the department. Ability to support the successful flow of the department and act as back up when necessary.
