Front End Manager

As the Front End Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our front-end department, providing excellent customer service and leading a team of dedicated associates. Oversee and manage all aspects of the front-end department, including cashiers, customer service, and bagging associates. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all Forman Mills customers. Monitor and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Work with the store management team to develop and implement strategies to improve front-end operations and customer satisfaction.
