Essential Functions/ Responsibilities: Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.Greeting and directing visitors to the company.Taking and retrieving messages for various personnel.Providing callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.Receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail. )Assisting in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.Assisting with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.Be updated on products and promotions.Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders.Creating invoices, processing/updating customer payments.Assisting with customer communications, i.e., phone and email correspondence.Entering data and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.Qualifications: Basic knowledge of MS Office.Discretion and confidentiality.Proficiency in English and Spanish - solid written and verbal communication skillsExcellent people skills, capable of representing our company professionally and positively.Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.Job Type: Full-time
